Located in Sebring, FL, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to empowering individuals to become champions of a fair and sustainable food system. We offer a comprehensive training program that combines hands-on experience in organic food systems with educational initiatives aimed at fostering social, environmental, and economic justice. Our Fellows actively engage in growing and distributing diverse crops, implementing health-oriented educational sessions, maintaining community gardens, and teaching food and ecological literacy in schools. With a focus on expanding access to healthy foods and supporting local farmers markets, our fellowship cultivates a network of advocates who work to influence positive change within their communities. Selected Fellows participate in a six-month immersive fellowship at our Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a year of impactful community action in collaboration with regional non-profits. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March for this transformative experience, which runs from May to October each year.
