Home Delivered Meals

Located in Sarasota, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We provide nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to support various medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while strictly avoiding dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who may not qualify for governmental support, we offer self-pay options, allowing individuals or caregivers to choose their meals for just $7.75 each, ensuring accessibility to high-quality nutrition at home. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, further empowering our clients on their journey to better health.
