MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saint Augustine, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, guiding those in need to the appropriate weight management options tailored to their individual preferences and requirements. We offer a variety of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access more intensive treatments like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed. To take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle, Veterans are encouraged to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to explore how we can support their journey.
