OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous fight against ovarian cancer. We understand the financial burdens associated with this battle, which is why we offer essential financial assistance packages to help alleviate some of that stress. Our program provides a $200 financial grant, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to ensure that patients can focus on what truly matters – their health and well-being. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions, all designed to empower and support our resilient patients. We invite healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of those in need, which we process promptly, mindful of available funding, to deliver timely assistance to those who need it most.
