Located in Punta Gorda, FL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals living with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance and adaptive resources. We provide vital services including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapeutic tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has access to the nutrition and support required to thrive, fostering health and independence within our community.
