We provide nutritious, Medically Tailored Meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, specifically catering to the dietary needs of clients facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to exclude dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they are safe and beneficial for those who need them most. We proudly serve individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, while also offering a self-pay option for those wishing to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal.
