At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients in Port Orange, FL, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing nutritionally balanced meals, thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, to meet the dietary needs associated with various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and many others. Our meals, which are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, are designed for individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking our affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal. Our mission is to support health and longevity by making nutritious food accessible, and we work closely with healthcare providers to ensure that meal delivery aligns with our clients' benefits. For additional assistance regarding eligibility or to inquire about our Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, we encourage individuals to reach out through their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging.
