Home Delivered Meals

Based in Pompano Beach, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals services. We provide nourishing meals specifically designed by a Registered Dietitian to address the dietary needs of individuals with various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as those who opt for our accessible self-pay program at a competitive rate of $7.75 per meal. All of our meals are prepared free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to ensure safety and satisfaction. For eligibility details, we encourage potential clients to consult with their Case Managers or local resources. With a commitment to providing individualized nutrition support, N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring that everyone has access to quality nutrition tailored to their needs.
