In Palm Harbor, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians for individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and those taking advantage of the Older Americans Act. Our meals are specially crafted to address various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who might not qualify for government assistance, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select meals that suit you best. Our focus is not just on delivering food, but on ensuring that each client receives meals that support their unique dietary needs. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, enhancing our commitment to health-centric services.
