Home Delivered Meals

Located in Ormond Beach, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We create Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians, specifically addressing the nutritional needs of clients with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, gluten, peanuts, and pork, ensuring they cater to diverse dietary requirements. N4L provides services to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a self-pay option for those wishing to enjoy our meals independently. Our affordable meals are available for just $7.75 each, with the flexibility to choose meals and delivery schedules. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling tailored to our clients' unique needs, helping empower individuals to live healthier lives.
