Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Okeechobee, FL, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our live, facilitated virtual meal sessions offer a welcoming environment where participants can share meals and receive additional support from trained nutrition practitioners who are on their journey to become certified nutrition specialists. With four meal support sessions each day, participants can choose two lunch and two dinner times that best fit their schedule, allowing for flexible attendance that promotes their recovery journey. While our program is focused on meal support and not crisis intervention, we strive to create a safe space for nourishment and connection as individuals work towards healing and recovery.
