The Blue Circle Health Program

The Blue Circle Health Program, located in Okeechobee, FL, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through a comprehensive and free virtual care initiative. Our mission is to empower each participant with tailored care plans that address their specific T1D-related challenges over approximately six months. We offer a wide range of essential services, including clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, and counseling. Our program also provides valuable assistance in navigating the healthcare system, along with one-on-one peer support, health and nutrition education, and access to T1D medications and supplies. With a focus on practical support and education, we are committed to helping individuals successfully manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
