MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Ocala, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by conducting annual obesity screenings and connecting individuals with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
