Located in North Port, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing vital Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for individuals who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our program emphasizes the importance of nutrition, with meals meticulously designed by a Registered Dietitian to cater to the health needs of clients, including specific dietary considerations for conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully created to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe dining experience. N4L works to assist those eligible under various government programs and also offers a self-pay option for individuals wanting the convenience of home-delivered meals, priced affordably at $7.75 each. In addition to meal delivery, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, reinforcing our commitment to promoting long-term health and well-being in our community.
