Healthy Start Coalition - Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor

Healthy Start Coalition, located in North Fort Myers, FL, is dedicated to promoting healthier outcomes for mothers and infants by providing critical support services aimed at reducing infant mortality and low birth weight. Our comprehensive program serves pregnant women and families with children up to three years old who are at high risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes. We offer essential services such as care coordination, outreach, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, psychosocial support, tobacco cessation guidance, breastfeeding support, and home visiting. We welcome all pregnant women, regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status, to join the Healthy Start program.
