Kathy White

Kathy White is a dedicated marriage and family therapist with over three decades of experience, having been a practicing counselor since 1991. She sees clients of all ages and holds licenses as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Her practice encompasses a wide array of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, marital challenges, adolescent struggles, adultery, divorce recovery, and other complex situations. As a Christian Counselor, she also addresses spiritual concerns that may be overlooked in other settings, offering a unique perspective in her therapeutic approach. Kathy invites clients to join her in exploring ways to enhance their and their families' quality of life. She plays an active role in the professional community as a Qualified Supervisor for LMHC and LMFT Registered Interns. Accompanying her in the office is Tallyho, her therapy dog, who provides joy and comfort to clients, helping both children and adults open up in a supportive environment. Clients with Service Dogs are welcomed and assisted through the necessary procedures and documentation. As an Army Veteran and Military Spouse, Kathy prioritizes working with military families, veterans, and military contractors, bringing a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members and their families. Her expertise in handling PTSD and related issues underlines her commitment to addressing even the most complex traumatic experiences.
