Lauren Silver is deeply committed to guiding individuals on their journey toward mental well-being and self-discovery. She understands that all emotions are a natural part of life; feelings of anxiety, grief, and sadness, although uncomfortable, can be particularly challenging when they become overwhelming. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person, Lauren tailors her approach, exploring solutions that resonate with each individual to help them regain balance in their lives. With a fully online practice, her clients benefit from the advantages of ease of access, flexibility, and comfort. A New York native, Lauren completed her postgraduate training in Florida, where she gained extensive experience across a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and substance rehabilitation. Utilizing a blend of solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, as well as animal and art-assisted therapies and shamanic approaches, Lauren creates a supportive and nurturing environment. She recognizes that asking for help can be difficult, but believes that with guidance and support, anyone can navigate their struggles. Lauren is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they embark on their path to healing.
