Capri Cruz

Capri Cruz

Navarre, FL US
Capri Cruz recognized her calling as a psychotherapist at just 10 years old, stemming from her desire to heal the wounds left by her childhood experiences in foster care. After years of feeling lost and helpless, she found her path to healing at age 37, ultimately earning her PhD and a Hypnotherapy degree, and authoring several books and courses. Her clinical training spans diverse settings, including substance abuse facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and work with military and foster children, where she has found immense fulfillment.

In her practice, Capri teaches clients how to harmonize their minds and nervous systems, empowering them to process trauma and stress effectively. By working collaboratively with clients, she assesses their challenges, facilitates emotional processing, and employs problem-solving strategies. With the option of hypnosis, clients can reprogram their subconscious minds, foster emotional regulation, reclaim personal power, and navigate their life goals.

Capri's approach is rooted in non-judgmental listening, providing a safe and trusting environment where clients can enhance their self-awareness and confidence. She firmly believes each person is the expert of their own life—acting as a compassionate guide, she helps her clients achieve transformative, life-changing results. Together, they form a powerful team dedicated to exploring healing and personal growth.
