Rebecca Caskey

Rebecca Caskey is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (#17011) in North Carolina and Florida (MH 15937), as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC #1641478). Currently, she specializes in serving couples and employs The Gottman Method in her counseling practice, a renowned approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. This evidence-based method focuses on a thorough assessment of couples' relationships, integrating research-backed interventions to foster healing and connection. Rebecca addresses a wide array of relationship challenges, including intimacy issues, recovery from infidelity, the feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety, and navigates the complexities of divorce and LGBTQIA+ matters.
