Our service ensures that meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, not only meet the nutrient requirements for general health but are specifically designed for individuals with medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We cater to various dietary needs by offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, meal delivery eligibility can vary—connecting with a Case Manager or your local Area Agency on Aging can help determine your benefits. Additionally, we offer a self-pay program for those looking for the convenience of home-delivered meals, priced at just $7.75 per meal. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further supporting the health and well-being of our community members.
