MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Middleburg, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Committed to combating obesity, we screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities, ensuring they have access to tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs. Our comprehensive services include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For Veterans seeking autonomy in their weight management journey, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, for those who have tried MOVE! but continue to face challenges with weight loss, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To join our program, Veterans can consult with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider for guidance on getting started.
