Carmen Bolivar, a dedicated counselor with credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), is here to guide individuals on their paths toward personal growth. Carmen specializes in treating challenges such as depression and anxiety through various counseling methods, aiming to foster positive changes in feelings, thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors. She understands that problems can often feel overwhelming, causing significant stress in personal relationships and leading to feelings of sadness, anxiety, or isolation. By equipping clients with new coping strategies, Carmen aspires to create a healthier emotional balance in their lives. Her impressive educational background includes degrees from Barry University, where she focused on Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School. Additionally, she holds dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Agnes Scott College.
