At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), we are dedicated to enhancing well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program in Miami Beach, FL. We provide medically tailored meals crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet the nutritional needs of individuals with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are designed to be healthy and free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We proudly serve eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act, while also offering a self-pay option for those who wish to enjoy our meals without insurance coverage at a modest rate of $7.75 per meal. For those unsure about their eligibility, we recommend contacting their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health goals.
