Sharon Jones

Dr. Sharon Jones, a highly skilled Counselor with a PhD, LMHC, and NCC, specializes in helping adults and elders navigate through trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and significant life transitions. As a founding member of the Space Coast Association for Death Education & Counseling and the St. Francis Center for Restoration, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Dr. Jones is an active member of the CISM team for Brevard County and has contributed as a Kennedy Space Center STAR team member and a consultant for the Melbourne Police Department. Her affiliations include the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association, American Association of Christian Counselors, and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Furthermore, she is deeply involved in her community as a member of Holy Trinity in Melbourne. Dr. Jones' expertise encompasses a range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Stetson University and a PhD from Maimonides University.
