Located in Melbourne, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals specifically designed by Registered Dietitians to meet diverse dietary needs, catering to various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to exclude dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they suit a wide range of dietary requirements. N4L serves eligible clients through Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, while also offering a self-pay option for those not covered by these programs. With a focus on convenience and quality, clients can choose their meals for just $7.75 each, making healthy eating accessible. For additional peace of mind, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping you navigate your health journey with expert support.
