Michele Bachman

Michele Bachman, LMHC, understands that it takes courage to confront the loneliness, heartache, fear, and confusion that are part of the human experience. She provides a supportive space for individuals to untangle their hurt and navigate through their emotional chaos. Michele believes that everyone’s story matters, as our life experiences shape us and we all endure suffering in one form or another. With compassion and respect, she addresses the soul’s contortions that arise from experiences of abuse, rejection, and trauma, which can impact relationships. As a therapist trained in a relational model that integrates various counseling theories, Michele works with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, adolescents, and families. Her therapeutic practices focus on anxiety, grief, depression, shame, guilt, spirituality, sexual abuse, self-injury, body image, attachment, trauma, and relational discord. With over forty-four years of marriage and the joy of raising her son and daughter as adults, Michele cherishes the moments spent oil painting, paddle boarding, and cooking with friends. She finds delight in the companionship of her variety of pets and has made Orlando her home for over twenty years.
