Our meals, meticulously crafted by a Registered Dietitian, address the specific dietary needs of clients facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals are free from common allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to promote overall health and well-being. For our clients with Medicaid and Older American Act benefits, we recommend consulting your Case Manager to determine eligibility for meal delivery. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should verify with their plan if meals are included. We also extend our services to self-pay individuals at the value of $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients’ health journeys.
