Home Delivered Meals

Located in Land O Lakes, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritious, medically tailored meals to eligible individuals covered under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, designed by Registered Dietitians, cater to a variety of health needs, including chronic conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize dietary restrictions, ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, we assist in meal delivery to beneficiaries. Medicare Advantage participants can benefit from meals provided by certain plans upon discharge or for chronic care support. Additionally, individuals without health plan coverage can utilize our self-pay program, selecting meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each. N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support overall health.
