At Healthy Start Coalition in Land O Lakes, FL, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of mothers and their children by reducing infant mortality and improving health outcomes for pregnant women, infants, and children up to age three. Our comprehensive services are designed to support families at high risk for poor pregnancy outcomes, offering essential resources such as care coordination, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, and psychosocial support. We also provide critical outreach, tobacco education and cessation, breastfeeding support, and home visiting services. Importantly, we welcome all pregnant women, regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status, to participate in our program.
