Street Outreach Program

Covenant House Florida's Street Outreach Program is dedicated to supporting youth experiencing homelessness in Lake Mary and the surrounding Central Florida region. Our compassionate outreach case managers are actively engaged in the community, providing essential services including food assistance, personal hygiene items, and transportation passes to help young people access jobs and health resources. We conduct thorough housing assessments and offer vital referrals to secure safe, stable living environments. Our mission is to empower youth in crisis by meeting their immediate needs while guiding them towards a brighter future.
