The Blue Circle Health Program

The Blue Circle Health Program, located in Lake Mary, FL, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through a free virtual care initiative. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support that addresses the unique challenges of managing T1D. Each participant receives a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs, with a duration of approximately six months. Our program encompasses a range of essential services, including clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, counseling, and one-on-one peer support.
