At Healthy Start Coalition, located in Lake Mary, FL, we are dedicated to fostering healthier beginnings for our community's families by aiming to reduce infant mortality, minimize low birth weight occurrences, and enhance health and developmental outcomes for infants and young children. Our comprehensive program offers vital support services tailored to high-risk pregnant women, infants, and children up to three years old. We provide essential outreach and care coordination to ensure families access the resources they need, including childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, psychosocial support, tobacco cessation programs, breastfeeding education, and home visiting services. We warmly welcome all pregnant women, regardless of their marital, economic, or immigration status, to participate in Healthy Start if they are identified as high risk for poor pregnancy outcomes.
