Healthy Start Coalition in Jupiter, FL, is dedicated to fostering healthier beginnings for families by significantly reducing infant mortality rates and improving health outcomes for infants and children up to age three. Our program provides comprehensive services tailored to meet the needs of pregnant women and their children, including outreach initiatives, care coordination, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, and tobacco cessation support. We believe that every mother and child deserves access to essential resources regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status. Eligible participants, particularly those at high risk for poor pregnancy outcomes, can benefit from our home visiting programs and breastfeeding support.
