We specialize in providing medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians, catering to the unique needs of individuals managing various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safe and nutritious options for our clients. We serve individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, as well as those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. For those without coverage, our self-pay program offers the flexibility to choose meals that meet personal preferences, all for an affordable price of $7.75 per meal plus a flat rate shipping fee.
