William Caige Mcauliffe

William Caige McAuliffe is a dedicated registered mental health counselor intern with a robust educational background, having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from Flagler College and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. He holds a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT-C), which reflects his innovative approach to therapy, incorporating dogs and horses as therapeutic partners to enhance healing experiences. His furry companion, Kenzo, will soon join him in practice, and he actively collaborates with a local PATH member Equine Therapy program for clients interested in equine-assisted therapy. With years of frontline experience, William specializes in helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, trauma, and substance use challenges. He has provided support to youth diagnosed with conduct disorders, anxiety, depression, and gender identity issues, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). His aim is to empower youth and their families to overcome obstacles and build a brighter future, guiding them to thrive as the amazing individuals they are destined to become.
