Parinaz Fard-aghaie

Parinaz Fard-aghaie is a registered mental health counselor intern with a Master’s degree and is certified as a National Certified Counselor. Her passion lies in providing multicultural, holistic care within a safe and judgment-free environment, where clients can express themselves freely. With a philosophy that a collaborative approach to healing is vital, she sees herself as a fellow traveler alongside her clients on their journey to healing. Parinaz firmly believes that, 'no person is immune to the tragedies of life; we are all in this together.' She is dedicated to working with individuals who seek answers and aims to collaboratively support them in reaching their goals. Recognizing that all human beings carry the solutions within themselves, she finds it an honor to empower, advocate, and support others to live their lives to the fullest. Parinaz is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her experience includes working with clients facing challenges such as substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, and other life difficulties. Being multilingual and speaking German and Farsi, Parinaz is eager to connect with clients from all backgrounds and ages, fostering a nurturing and inclusive therapeutic environment.
