Allison Brelia

Allison Brelia is a dedicated and compassionate clinical social worker and therapist, committed to assisting individuals in navigating the challenging aspects of life. She fosters a sense of hope and tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of those who have faced trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance abuse, all while cultivating a supportive and harmonious environment in counseling sessions. With a Master of Social Work Degree from Florida State University, Allison began her career within the Dependency and Child Welfare System and the Juvenile Justice System before transitioning into private practice. Having grown up in a military family, with both parents serving in the Army, she possesses a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by military families. Allison is adept in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and employs various evidence-based interventions to empower children, teens, and adults in achieving their goals. When not in the counseling office, she enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and exploring culinary delights at food festivals.
