MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Fort Myers, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to effectively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they are connected with tailored weight management options that best meet their individual needs. We offer a range of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management. For those who may require additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after participating in the program.
