We provide nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to cater to the specific dietary needs of individuals dealing with various medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our offerings include meal options free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and comfort for our clients. We serve those eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, and also provide a self-pay program for individuals seeking convenient meal delivery without insurance coverage. At just $7.75 per meal, we empower clients to choose every meal and delivery, making it easier for them or their caregivers to maintain a healthy diet.
