Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves residents of Deerfield Beach, FL, by offering Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals specifically designed for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our dedicated team prepares meals that adhere to strict nutritional guidelines to support general health and address 36 specific medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize the well-being of our clients by ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, catering to diverse dietary needs. For recipients of Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery eligibility may differ based on state and program regulations; clients should consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we extend our service to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries who may have meal coverage through their plans. For those who do not qualify for government assistance, N4L offers a self-pay program, allowing individuals to select their meals for $7.75 each, ensuring that everyone has access to convenient and nutritious options. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our community's health needs.
