Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being for residents of Daytona Beach, FL, through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritionally balanced and medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. Our service is available to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), the Older Americans Act, and to those seeking self-pay options. We address a variety of dietary needs, offering meals suitable for over 36 medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you are a Medicaid or Older Americans Act recipient, a case manager can assist you in determining your eligibility for meal delivery. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may also inquire through their plan, and self-pay individuals can choose their meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, with coverage details available through your insurance plan materials.
