Jade Greene Counseling

Jade Greene is a compassionate Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who deeply understands the challenges individuals face. With a passion for helping clients navigate through their troubles, she assists them in reconnecting with themselves throughout the therapeutic process. Jade enjoys working with both individuals and couples on relationship issues, focusing on understanding attachment styles, enhancing communication, and identifying barriers that impede the development of healthy relationships. She provides support to singles and divorcees as they work through breakups, establish strong boundaries, and recognize self-sabotaging behaviors. In addition, Jade is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults who grapple with anxiety and depression, recognizing the exhausting and frightening nature of these conditions. She collaborates with clients to identify underlying issues, teaches effective techniques for reducing symptoms, and aids in building robust coping skills for a more fulfilling life. Understanding that a connection with a therapist is essential for effective counseling, Jade offers a free initial consultation to ensure a good fit. Aware of the busy lives of her clients, she accommodates sessions exclusively on nights and weekends, providing flexibility and support.
