Driven by a profound commitment to empowering individuals and dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health care, she specializes in critical areas such as grief, anxiety, and depression. Elta’s therapeutic approach focuses on addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), which often lie at the core of many physical and mental health challenges. Utilizing the Grief Recovery Method (GRM), a well-refined technique she's both trained in and personally benefited from, Elta seeks to provide an environment where clients feel genuinely understood and cared for. She established her private practice in response to the limitations she observed in larger organizations, where client care often took a back seat to bureaucratic demands.
