HIV/AIDS Primary Care

At the Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County (DOH-Okaloosa), we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Crestview and surrounding areas. Our comprehensive outpatient care program offers essential services including primary medical care, referrals to specialty providers, laboratory diagnostics, and supplemental pharmaceuticals. We also provide crucial support through mental health and nutritional services, substance abuse treatment, limited dental care, and medical case management. Anyone residing in Okaloosa or Walton Counties who is HIV positive can access our services, which may be funded fully or partially through the Ryan White program, ensuring that support and care are within reach for those who need it most.
