The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, based in Crestview, FL, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through accessible and comprehensive education. This free, year-long program includes six informative e-booklets designed to meet participants at their current stage of understanding, along with a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and community resources available in both English and Spanish.
