Aisha Chaudhry Manara Counseling

Aisha Chaudhry is a compassionate registered mental health counselor intern dedicated to supporting Muslim women facing challenges such as identity and self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, and anger issues. She understands the complexities that can arise from experiences such as overwhelm, postpartum balance, and relationship conflicts, including issues related to infidelity and polygamy. With a deep commitment to those who have encountered trauma and OCD, Aisha creates a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients, guiding them through their difficulties with empathy and understanding. Her approach includes careful listening to each individual’s story and assisting them in identifying limiting core beliefs, attachment styles, and behavioral response patterns. Aisha has successfully worked with clients dealing with trauma, enmeshed family systems, OCD, and various personality disorders. She enhances her therapeutic practice with custom workbooks and a unique I-MBSR program tailored to individual needs. Aisha is also a revert to Islam, bringing a rich cultural perspective from her experiences living in several Muslim countries. Many of her clients have expressed appreciation for her unique blend of Islamic knowledge as an Aalimah and as a qualified therapist, finding it aligns perfectly with their exploration of mental well-being.
