Located in Clermont, FL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential resources to improve their quality of life. Our mission is to ensure access to vital food assistance tailored to unique dietary needs, including specially formulated food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the challenges faced by our community members, and we strive to deliver compassionate, practical support to help them thrive in their daily lives.
