Juliana Vassolo is a compassionate and empathetic counselor who believes that everyone belongs and that their truth matters. Juliana understands that growth is a journey, and she fosters a genuine, accepting relationship in which each individual's process is honored and respected. Recognizing that fear and a lack of self-expression can trap individuals in mediocrity, she provides guidance in managing these challenges to help clients build a life they love. With specialized experience in navigating psychological abuse, anxiety (including general anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD), panic attacks, depression, identity confusion, codependency, low self-esteem, chronic guilt or shame, intrusive thoughts, ineffective communication patterns, and unsatisfying relationships, Juliana is committed to supporting others.
