Street Outreach Program

The Covenant House Florida Street Outreach Program is dedicated to empowering youth experiencing homelessness in Altamonte Springs and the surrounding Central Florida area. Our compassionate outreach case managers actively engage with young people, offering vital services such as emergency food assistance, personal hygiene items, housing assessments, and transportation passes to facilitate access to employment and healthcare. We strive to connect youth with essential resources and supportive services that foster stability and self-sufficiency, ensuring every young person we meet has the tools they need for a brighter future.
