Linda Kelly is a warm and dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who sincerely aims to help individuals live happier lives, filled with purpose, satisfaction, and meaning. With extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapies, EMDR (certified), and Somatic Experiencing (certified), she takes an eclectic, tailored approach to treating a wide range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, parenting, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. By providing a nurturing and safe environment, Linda empowers individuals to grow in awareness and become capable of making positive changes. She works with both adults and adolescents, holding a certificate in Psychotherapy from the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, as well as completing DBT Skills Training.
